I tried to turn on my laptop but the power button flashes and it doesnt turn on. I tried charging the laptop but same problem. I tried pressing the power button for 20 seconds and then plugging in and turn on but nothing happens and also pressed win and B for 4sec and also with power button. Nothing changed. Can anyone help what to do?

Compatible motherboards are listed on pages 19 and 20 of the Service Manual here:
For example, this would be the best i5 motherboard:
Equipped with an Intel Core i5-9300H 2.4-GHz (turbo up to 4.1-GHz) processor (2666-MHz
FSB, 8-MB L3 cache, six cores, 45 W), an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics controller with
4-GB of discrete memory, and the Windows 10 operating system
L58864-601
To be clear, however, any of the listed motherboard would fit and work in your laptop.
Very expensive but you can search for additional part numbers to see if you can find something cheaper:

Your motherboard has perhaps died and would have to be replaced or replace the laptop. You do not give us the model to help advise whether it might be under warranty. It could also be the power supply has gone bad and the battery run all the way down. Hard to say

You had best be sitting down before we discuss the cost of motherboard replacement. It would be a pretty high portion of the cost of a new laptop. The model designation you give me is not terribly helpful I need the full model number with all the numbers and letters.
