Your notebook can support up to 2 x 16 GB of memory.

 

The notebook has a M.2 slot that supports a NVMe SSD.

 

The service manual indicates that HP offered NVMe drives up to 1 TB In the model series.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP Pavilion Gaming 15 Laptop PC

 

If you wanted to install a 2 TB or 4 TB NVMS SSD, that would be fine too, as long as the drive is single-sided.
