Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I want a battery for my laptop , after contacting the representative in Egypt , they told me to send them the model,serial number and product details I did , since then ,I didn't get any reply ???!!!

Very bad customer service in Egypt

what should I do ??

No one contacting me

Here is what you need:

 

Battery:
4-cell, 41-Whr, 2.8-Ah Li-ion battery 740715-001

 

HP will not have this any more in Egypt or elsewhere. You have to buy from a 3rd party market like amazon ebay or an online battery merchant.

Amazon has a program to get this shipped to you in Egypt.
