This video shows how to open it. This guy has an M.2 disk in his which goes across the hard drive bay. Between this video and the Manual (see p. 43) you can surely figure out how to remove the hard drive and upgrade to an SSD.
See 6:43 into the video.

If you already have a hard drive in the computer you have the caddy you need for a 2.5 inch SATA SSD which is externally physically identical to a hard drive. Since this guy has the M.2 disk he does not have the hard drive mounting hardware. You can put that kind of SSD (2.5 inch such as an Evo 850 by Samsung) in the same caddy as the HDD is in now. You can alternatively install an M.2 SATA "gumstick" disk as the guy in the video has and you need no adaptive hardware except maybe a mounting screw for the M.2 disk.
The speed and performance of an M.2 SATA is the same as a SATA 2.5 inch SSD so no advantage to be gained either way. I personally like the weight saving of the M.2 disk and the prices are pretty close now, too.

You cannot add an SSD in addition to the existing hard drive. See pages 43-46 of the Manual here:
Its hard drive or SSD and which you use depends on the caddy and connector you use in the single "mass storage" bay provided.
Post back with any more questions.

I dont want the HDD , i just want to replace it with a SSD also no 7200drive. It's slow and painful to work with.
The guide says stuff about replacing HDD which i read .
The thing is that it never told me anything about migrating from a HDD to a SSD , which is what i want to enquire about.
But, i want to know if i can replace the HDD with a SSD .
or will i need specialised connector like u mentioned a ssd caddy or some different power connector.
And antoher thing i want to enquire is whether or not HP has some video showing hard disk replacement.
