I want to know if I can add more memory to my laptop, if anyone knows what I can do to obtain this goal please comment on this question.  TIA

You can. It currently has a single DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM of 4 gigs capacity and you could replace that with an 8 gig module. 

 

Your model is the very low end Pentium N3540 processor so there is only so much performance you can wring out of it but the upgrade to an 8 gig memory module would be worth the effort I think as long as you do not expect miracles. A solid state drive would be the other logical upgrade and right now those are being sold at the best prices ever for Cyber Monday.

Memory upgrade is a piece of cake since you have an easy access door for that purpose. See page 29-30 of the Manual.

Replacing the hard drive with an SSD is a bit more of a task but its spelled out in the Manual. Just about any 2.5 inch wide 7mm thick SATA SSD will work. The best is a Samsung 860 Evo:
