I want to increase RAM of my HP Pavilion g6-2005ax. If It's possible should I add 2GB more or 4GB. Which one should I buy.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
I have checked the specifications of your laptop and your laptop supports up to 8GB of memory.
8192 MB total system memory (4096×2)
Please find the part number for memory listed below.
4 GB PC3 12800 1600 MHz shared- 641369-001
You can purchase the part from HP parts store using this link.
Refer the maintenance and service guide for your laptop to know more information.
