I just need to know what to buy for the upgrade

From the information I can find regarding the: HP 14-cf2000 Laptop PC 552L9AV product number, those come with 64 GB eMMC flash storage drives and 4 GB of memory.

 

The drive cannot be upgraded as it is an integral part of the motherboard.


Since the notebook has an Intel Celeron N4120 processor, there is only one memory slot and the maximum memory the slot can support is 1 x 8 GB of DDR4-2400 CL 17 memory.

 

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the memory removal and replacement procedure:

This should be a compatible 8 GB memory chip:
