I wanna know how much RAM and SSD memory my laptop can support, and whether or not 2666MHz ram can run on it.

Hi, your laptop support a maximum of 32GB RAM. Now probabily you have installed 8GB Ram. You have only two slots of ram so if u want to reach the maximum memory you have to install 2 banks of 16GB of RAM. Or you can buy another 8GB RAM and use 16GB of Ram. You can buy RAM for your laptop here : https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/pavilion-15-bc406tx.
