My fan cooler is making a very bad recurring noise, i believe is getting loose, its getting hard to find a replacement here in Argentina, Buenos Aires, Tandil (where i live). So i wanna know if i can put other type/model of fan cooler, and if i can wich one?

Thank you, but i found impossible/hard to contact any kind of help, the HP page keeps asking for more codes, models, ids, product serial number, etc, and never really an easy way to provide actual help, like a number, or mail, or employee, or an answer to my question

@Laihim

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
