Hello windows 

Subject - I am here to find out my laptop's total ram that it can handle when both of the slots are filled [One is fill with 8 GB ram stick from default and one is empty] like how much [RAM GB stick] can i put in both the slots so my laptop does't explode or heat too much

 

Please help me find out the total amount of ram my laptop can handle when  both the slots are fill

Hi:

 

Chapter 1, page 2 of the service manual has the memory upgrade information.

 

HP ZBook 15u G3 Mobile WorkstationHP EliteBook 850 G3 Notebook PCHP EliteBook 848 G3 Notebook PCHP E...

 

Your notebook can support up to 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-2100 MHz memory.

 

Most folks will install DDR4-2400 CL17 memory in a notebook that takes 2100 MHz memory and the 2400 MHz memory will automatically bridge to 2133 MHz.

 

You can also install DDR4-2666 CL19 or DDR4-3200 CL22 memory will will also bridge to 2133 MHz.
