Could you kindly provide information on whether the HP Pavilion Power - 15-cb061nd supports PCIe 4.0 or only PCIe 3.0 NVMe? Thank you.

It is an old machine which supports PCIe 3.0. You can use PCIe 4.0 NVMe but it won't run at PCIe 4.0 speed.
