HI, Im trying to find out the maximum capacity of RAM memory that my laptop can hold. My current RAM installed is 4gb and product number of my laptop is 4QW65ES#BED.

Below is the link to the Crucial memory report for your notebook.
You can install a max of 2 x 8 GB in your notebook.
This would be the recommended 8 GB memory chip for your notebook.

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the memory upgrade info (chapter 1), and the memory removal and replacement procedure (chapter 6).
