Your Intel i5 10th gen processor-based model has an M.2 slot for NVMe SSDs.
You can install an M.2 NVMe drive of a capacity you want, such as 512 GB, 1 TB, 2 TB or more.
You can install Windows on an M.2 drive and eliminate the current 1 TB hard drive or keep it for data storage.
Your M.2 slot is PCIe gen3. NVMe gen4 SSDs will work but run at gen3 read/write speeds.
Below is an example of M.2 NVMe SSD you need (again you can install any size of M.2 NVMe drive).
HP only has the service manual for 15-da1000 series, but you can use it for an M.2 drive installation (see page 47).
