Firstly, please edit your post and REMOVE s/n of your machine. Remember: do NOT post s/n of your machine on internet.

 

Your machine is an HP 2000-2d28TU Notebook PC. Looks like it is a bit old, no Official specs

HP uses RAM from few different manufacturers therefore you can use a tool called CPU-Z to find out.  Or use the following manual

I can say it supports 8GB (2 x 4GB) max and you can use following RAM to upgrade

Page 51 of the manual shows you how to replace RAM

@banhien sir as you said i removed my s/n.. Still i want to know can't i get info about my ram , Maximum memory , which ddr it is from my pc without opening physically the slots so that i can be fully assured
