I have HP Notebook 15 bs 180 Tx with 2GB graphic card of AMD Radeon DDR3. and I want to upgrade it to 4 gb so if there possible i use 2 gb graphic external of any company and 2gb is already is installed.

It does not have any port which is fast enough for an eGPU which is better than the existing one. You CAN'T upgrade existing 2GB VRAM to 4GB VRAM because you will need a new system board. Page 69 of the following manual gives you a list

That means you have to pay for new system board which has
(a) Motherboard,
(b) CPU / Processor
(c) New GPU
(d) New Windows license (you can't reuse old license)
Because all 4 above components are on one piece of hardware called system board.
