please suggest to me the laptop RAM and Hard Drive and Windows upgradation .

Your notebook supports 2 x 4 GB of DDR3-1333 MHz memory.

 

You can replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).

 

I have no idea what you mean by 'Windows upgradation.'

 

If you are still running W7 on your notebook, I wouldn't bother upgrading it to W10 at this time because you would have to pay for W10 and W10 is going out of support in a year anyway.
