I have hp 650 G1 ProBook laptop iwant to upgrade with SSD so which type of SSD will fit in it

You can replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD.

 

I recommend one of the Western Digital Blue SA510 2.5" SATA SSD's which should work fine in your notebook.
