My laptop model is 14-ba078tx
HP pavilion 360 i7 7th generation i have 8gb ram in my laptop DRR4 8gb 2133MHz frequency, now I want to install one more 8gb ram 3200MHz so now I want to know the ram which is 8gb 3200MHz do it support my laptop how much max MHz Ram I can install in my laptop

Without part numbers I can't really say anything about that RAM. See the Crucial link below to see which products Crucial guarantees as being compatible with your notebook.

It is better to upgrade memory modules in pairs of identical guaranteed compatible memory. Otherwise you may find that only one of the two memory modules are working and that would be a waste of your time.
The M.2 you have selected is not compatible with your notebook.
