Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am planning to upgrade my laptop ram current it has two 4gb ram install . i am planning to get a 16gb or 2 8gb ram but i am confused which ram is compatable to my laptop. 
i check the crucial website for compataible ram but i am not sure will those ram actual support my laptop.

can you tell me will all these ram support my laptop.
Also choose two option from the above website list -

i found two ram for 8GB capacity what is the difference between these two and which one is better -

The specs of your machine is

It has  4 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) now. You can use Crucial RAM including 3200MHz BUT machine will downgrade to 2400MHz.
