HP Notebook - 15g-dr0006tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am planning to upgrade my laptop (HP15G-DR0006TX) RAM and SSD.

Currently my factory RAM 8GB is clocked at 2400MHz, can someone confirm if this laptop can support 16GB 4800MHz RAM.

Also please let me know a suitable NVME M.2 SSD (256GB) for my laptop.

(My currently installed RAM is DDR4 SODIMM).

(I am willing to get rid of existing 2400MHz RAM in case higher clocked RAM is supported by my laptop)

Thank you in advance for your advise.

Your notebook's processor can only run the memory at a maximum speed of 2400 MHz and DDR5 memory won't even fit in a DDR4 memory slot.

You can install DDR4-3200 MHz CL22 memory but it will only run at 2400 MHz.
