Hi:

 

Since the processor is an integral part of the motherboard, what you want to do is not possible.

 

The way to upgrade the processor would be to replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual that may come with a better processor.

Such an upgrade usually does not provide a good return on investment, unless you can find a motherboard for a bargain price.
