My laptop has 8 Gb

SO: 64 BITS x64

I want to know about i able to upgrade to Ram Memory?

Can I buy a motherboard for higher speed or ram memory? if so, what is the model?

Its specs

1. RAM: It has 4GB DDR3 SDRAM (1 DIMM) now. You can add SAME 4GB to slot 2 to make 8GB in total (max). DDR3 RAM is hard to find, you can use compatible lower voltage DDR3L RAM

               https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr3/ct2kit51264bf160bj/ct5333594

2. STORAGE: You can replace its 750GB HDD using 2.5" SATA SSD drive using

               https://www.crucial.com/products/ssd/crucial-mx500-ssd
               https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/product/consumer/860evo/
         Or similar from reputable vendors.
One example (compatible drive, can use smaller/larger capacity)

                               https://www.crucial.com/ssd/mx500/ct1000mx500ssd1/ct11476280

              or             https://www.crucial.com/ssd/mx500/ct2000mx500ssd1/ct11412537

Note: One reason I recommend Crucial SSD's is Crucial supplies 9.5mm adapter with all 2.5" SSD's to make sure its 2.5" SSD's will physically fit on older machines. Otherwise you may have to find and buy one.

Regards.
