My laptop HP LAPTOP 15s-gy0xxx processing is too slow so can I use SSD and RAM to speed up the processing. If yes then which SSD AND WHAT capacity of RAM

You can install a PCIe 3x4 SSD in whatever size you want. Here is your Service Manual- http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06646122.pdf Where you can find instructions how to install the upgrades.
You can go here https://www.crucial.com/store/crucial-advisor-trust and look up compatible ram for your laptop. Reasonably sure you can use 32 GB of ram, but follow the below instructions to be sure.
Alternatively, Windows users can determine the maximum RAM capacity in the Command prompt (Run as Administer) with the command here- "wmic memphysical get MaxCapacity" without the quotes and divide the value by 1024 That will give you the total ammount supported by your laptop.
