I want upgrade my pc

Hi guys.I want to upgrade my pc's ram and storage.m.2 ssd  easy going to my pc?,Can my pc have how much gb ram?

1. RAM: It has  8 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB) now. You can upgrade to 16GB (max) by adding same existing 8GB to slot 2 or using the following compatible RAM

2. STORAGE: It has  1 TB 5400 rpm SATA now, you can add M.2 SATA SSD drive to your machine using

      Or similar from reputable vendors.
