Hello Respected HP community,
I need your kind help to choose the right SSD for my HP Pavilion x360 14-ba073tx laptop. I recently opened the laptop case to find out what slot is there on the laptop so I took a couple of snaps of that slot but could not able to make the right decision. could you please have a look at the picture and let me know what type of SSD is compatible with my laptop, please.
Regards,
Annuraj Keshri

You're very welcome.
If you look at what you posted, you see that the NVMe drives according to HP work in certain model series.
The first one you highlighted works in the 14m-ba2xx model series and yours is a 14-ba073tx, which is an earlier model series.
The other series where it listed that NVMe drives are supported is not related to your model series at all.
If you want to take the risk that the service manual can't be right (and sometimes it isn't), you can gamble on that.
But I can only tell you what the manual indicates.
Even the Crucial memory report for your notebook indicates that only SATA M.2 SSD's are supported.

Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

Chapter 1 indicates that only SATA M.2 SSD's are supported in your model notebook, not NVMe.

Hello Paul,
Thanks for the reply. Although, i am still not able to figure out why my Laptop motherboard is not compatible with NVME.
If you look at the above snap which i attached in the prev post. it is clearly showing 1 insertion - M. also, below Snapshot i have referred... could you please put light on this.
Again, my Laptop is hp pavilion x360 convertible 14-ba073tx
