I bought two laptops, model 1147AU in March 2024 and model 3101AU in September 2023, from different locations. Unfortunately, I feel I was misled during the purchase of the 1147AU model. The salesperson at Computer Land in Nehru Place, Delhi, assured me that it was the latest version, focusing solely on its 1TB storage capacity while neglecting to mention that the processor was four years older. Despite offering the same discounts, now that a better laptop is available for the same price, they are refusing to exchange it. I believe HP should take responsibility for this situation and provide me with the faster laptop at no additional cost.

1. Click on this link -  https://support.hp.com/us-en

2. Select the country.

3. Enter the serial number of your device.

4. Select the country from the drop-down.

5. Click on "Show Options".

6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
