HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9X9AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I have been trying to resolve my issue I am having with my laptop for the past three months but I was not able to get a hang of any service agents. I bought HP intel corei3 from India before I came to Ireland to pursue my Masters. I was working fine then suddenly wifi and blue tooth drivers magically disappeared from my device. I tried to resolve it by providing access to a HP agent online but she was not able to resolve. So I have tried to contact HP directly but there is no physical service center here in Ireland. So admist of my exams and projects I have successfully contact the same HP agents again and they tried to do a master reset, download driver manually and install it and every possible way there is to resolve but the issue still persists. So they have agreed to take the laptop from me and get it serviced. Here comes the funny part, they requested 15 to 20 business days to resolve this issue which is a lot of time considering my requirement of laptop for my final projects. And they have also requested for a couple of days in order to add my device which was purchased in India to be added to UK. Here, I have done nothing wrong but the one that suffers is me. I desperately need this laptop to complete my project, if these people are gonna take my laptop for service this contradicts the purpose of purchasing the device.

This is such an annoying nightmare I am facing for the past three months.  So I wish to formally raise a complaint with the consumer forum and deal with this issue legally. So please help me with a portal where I can lodge a complaint. Thanks
