i would like to know if it is posible to upgrade my ram.

Hi:

 

What is the product number of your notebook?

 

Use this guide to find that information.  Please do not post the serial number.

The service manual for your notebook's model series indicates that there is one memory slot and you can remove the 4 GB memory chip and install and 8 GB memory chip.  See chapter 1.

It has been my experience that most Stream notebooks have memory that is soldered to the motherboard and it cannot be upgraded, so that is why I would like to see if I can find out more info on your specific model notebook.
