I would like to know what the full model number or product number of your notebook is.

 

Without that information, you will never get an answer to your question.

 

Graphics adapters in notebooks are integral parts of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

Press window+ x and select Device Manager. Expand the Display Adapters section. Your graphics card name (e.g., Intel, NVIDIA, or AMD) will be listed here.
