Hello I have a problem with a laptop hp 14-dx0002dx when reinstalling Windows 10 64bits compilation 2004 the touchpad stopped working and even does not appear in devices, it only seems to me a device ii2c hid with code 10 I have installed all the drivers directly from hp for this model laptop and Windows 10 (2004) 64 bits and I can't get my touchpad to work !! I performed a vefi hardware diagnostic test and it tells me that both the buttons and the pointer work correctly, the problem is that it does not work during the installation of windows or with the drivers downloaded directly from hp for this model and version of Windows

Thank you for visiting our English HP Support Community! 🙂
We advise you to post your question in English to insure a quick response for the Community. This can also help other users to take advantage of your post, in the case they have the same question.
Or, if you prefer, you can visit the HP Community in Spanish (www.hp.es/comunidad), and post your question there so you can get support in Spanish.
Thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards,
BiancaS.
