II am trying to find out if I can upgrade from 8GB DDR4 to 16 GB DDR4 and from 64eMMC +128 GB SSD to 512 GB SSD. If I can what is the best items to purchase.

Notebooks with the 64 GB eMMC flash storage drives do not support M.2 NVMe SSD's.
You can install a M.2 SATA SSD, but you will only be able to use it for storage as the notebook will only boot from the 64 GB drive.
The notebook only has one memory slot and the maximum memory the slot can support is 1 x 8 GB.
You can experiment with a 16 GB memory chip, but the odds are against you that it will work.
