Hello,

After i did remplace the fan because it got broken blade, l’m getting a screen with "ID 703 - WWAN module couldn't active".

After some searchs, it happen when the WWAN card dont got an HP serial. But this card was working before so it should still work.

Any action i have to do in the BIOS?

 

PS: English isn't my natural language.

Hi Fabio_L32,

 

in the post you gave me, it's just said that the guy did call a HP Professional from their Business support that gave him a new card.

 

Hard restart not worked.

And i dont want to use a custom bios to risk to brick it.

I understand your concern, one of the alternatives we can try to solve is actually a BIOS update.

If you do not feel confident, we recommend, for safety reasons, calling an assistant to evaluate

I updated my bios, even i had already the latest version and it not worked.

 

I talked about brick the bios because on the post you gave me, it talk to go on the website to use a custum bios to white list the WWAN card.
