Thanks, but that's not the right battery, and the manual you linked to is not for my laptop (it doesn't have a SIM card slot).  This is my laptop model:  HP Pavilion 11t-n000 x360 CTO PC (ENERGY STAR) Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support

The 2-cell battery you just listed looks more like the right configuration, but I'm not sure of its size. Without some dimensions listed in the description so I can tell if it will fit, I can't be sure. I've ordered and had to return two batteries so far, and don't want to have to do that again. I'm starting to feel like just throwing the entire laptop in the electronics trash bin at the recycling center, but I hate to waste a still-functional unit that could continue to be useful until Windows 10 ages out of service.

Li-ion battery
2-cell, 29-Wh, 3.82-Ah 751875-005
3-cell, 43-Wh, 3.82-Ah 778956-005

 

Same as I listed above. That eBay auction I linked has a price I would not pay for this. This seller seems to have the 2-cell for $40. If this ain't it not much more I can do.
