It would have helped if you identified the full model number or product number of your notebook.

 

You have to install either the Intel chipset installation utility or the Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework firmware drivers from your notebook's support page, because either one of those drivers could be the correct one.

 

If there are no W11 drivers, use the W10 drivers.
