Product: I don't know, an HP laptop?
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not sure if this is a deal with the computer itself or Windows 10, but when I try to add photos into a program (such as Pixlr, Google Slides, etc.) an error occurs and the image doesn't show. I have done everything to try and solve this, but to no avail. I have no clue what this problem is, and it is driving me mad.

@ExtraLinear , welcome to the forum.

 

I believe that it is definitely a software problem.  The first thing you should do is assure that all of the drivers are up to date.  Then, you should check the websites for the two apps to see if there is a solution to the problem.
