Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i On me notebook the acreencias starts in Black and appear triste message of the error no hard disk

I got an ID fail, but i can't find a tec suporte, only the virtual 

How can i do? I had problems with this same unit 2 time in the past and they were for the BIOS
