Import clearance delay

Can we get refunds? I mean I can go to Best Buy right now and buy a new Dell.

At this point I am almost ready to contact my credit card company to get rectified that way.

I am having the same issue with my shipment. I called FedEx today to see what I could find out and they were able to tell me that there is information missing on the customs paper. So they had paperwork, but it is incomplete. They did offer for me to put the shipment on my FedEx account and fill out receiver paperwork, but this will put me on the line for any unpaid import fees and anything that hasn't been covered correctly. I worked in shipping and exported things for many years, so I supposed it helped that I know what questions to ask. 

Also, given other information I've gathered if it's part of a large shipment even if mine gets released it might not ship until the entire lot is released, because they aren't going to break down the pallet to get my box out of the middle. 

My dad was hoping to be able to use his new computer to Skype with me on Christmas. His old laptop doesn't work and his flip phone doesn't Skype. It would be nice if it would arrive, but I'm not holding my breath.

I am in the same boat as well. I have ordered on 11/26/2020 and still the same nonsense

I just got a shipping update from FedEx that says shipping is pending , this is a change from the clearance delay that it was at earlier this AM. So the rest of you may want to check your status.

Same here. Call numerous times and waiting for hours and noe one respond, HP is BS.

Same issue as all of you.  Had i known it was going to be coming from overseas, i would have either chosen someone else to purchase a laptop from, or express shipping.  Ridiculous.  I won't do this again!!

Mine has said that for 2 days. It was rescheduled to be delivered today but didn’t happen. It’s still I. Memphis.

Same...frustrated since this is my sons Christmas gift. Ordererd on Black Firday thinking that was plenty of time. 

I went with HP because I had bad experiences with Dell. Don't know why these companies can't get sh_t right.

I really need this soon before I deploy overseas.

customs cleared, and status changed to deliver today.  Its already dark here though.

*update, as I guessed they didn’t deliver that day since it said by 12pm, which it was already 4:30pm.

*update again, NEXT day same thing date changed saying it will deliver today by 12pm but it’s already late afternoon.

both HP and Fedex added the shipping status to : pending
