HP Stream 14-ax000 Laptop PC

I am unable to import photos off of my iPhone onto my laptop. The first time I tried it imported about half of them and then stopped, and now it won't allow me to import any more. The computer acts like it's about to import, and then a message saying "something went wrong" pops up, and asks me to cancel or try again. Try again doesn;t do anything. I've tried using multiple USB's and nothing is happening. Pls help.

I don't know why a moderator "moved" this question from one section to another section.

Are you using iTunes on your Windows (or Apple) computer -- desktop or laptop -- to connect to the iPhone, to transfer the files, or are you using some other method?

Have you tried a different USB cable?

Have you tried different USB ports on your computer?

Are you using the newest version of the iTunes software?

Are you using the latest version of Apple IOS on your iPhone?

Which hardware? 4? 4S? 5? 5c? 5s? 6? 7? 8? 10?
