Impossible to update drivers

I tried to update the drivers of my laptop. But at each try the HP update said that the OS doesn't permit the update because the OS doesn't support the drivers, i. e. NVIDIA Geforce mx110 or the audio drivers or the LAN drivers and so on.

I hope somebody can help me on this.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

Try these steps -

Step 1 Windows Updates troubleshooter - 

Click on this link to run Windows Updates troubleshooter.

Step 2 Windows Updates -

) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Step 3 HP Support Assistant Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Hi Asmita,

I tried with your suggestions, but they didn't work.

This is the error that appears when I try to update the drivers:

I also checked the Win10 version installed on my laptop and it's the v1809 instead of the 1903 required for the update.

I'm not able to find the latest update. I searched on the Microsoft web site and the Win10 Update, but I couldn't find it.

Can you help me on this matter or do I have to wait untile the v1903 is available?

Try to manually install the latest Win 10 update from this link. Click on "Update Now".
