Hi, there each and every one in the comunity!, i have an envy notebook -model:15-as101ni, product name, serial:[Personal Information Removed], product: 1Dl63EA#ACQ ICC!, Recently i bought a sata conector to upgrade my notebook with one new storage device HDD to encrease space and free up space on my ssd nvme!. it sounds like , the conector came with trouble, or was incompatibol with the pc. when i tried to turn on the pc, with the conector and HDD, it did not work, and i take it off , and i tried to turn it on without the new conector , the pc did not work!, i took the pc to the eletronic tecnitchians, they analise and come to conclusion that the chipset (comando) of the motherboard was damaged and can not solve the problem without buying new mother board. now i am in seach of mother board for this pc!, i need a help, becouse i have no way to work right now, i need to find out the model of the mother board and where can i buy the mother board!....

No you CAN NOT change the chipset. I manual is there, why you can't download I don't know what is the error message ?
