Hey everyone. I have a Pavilion dv6 laptop with a dedicated card reader slot. I recently upgraded my system to Windows 10 (pretty late ik). So the main issue that I'm facing is that the system is not reading my Sony SDHC card, which worked just fine for the previous setup. I re-intstalled the Realtek Card Reader Driver along with a RICOH Media Driver(as suggested by a fellow HP user). The problem still persists. Please can someone provide a solution?

Hi:
You need this driver for the SD card reader. Download unzip and run the setup application from the first file listed at the link below...
Card Reader Solutions > Card Reader Controllers Software - REALTEK
For the PCI simple communications controller, you need this driver...
This package provides the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The Intel Management Engine Interface enables communication between the host operating system and the Intel Management Engine firmware.

If you post the hardware ID's for the two unknown devices, I will post the links to the drivers you need for those too.
