RE: Pavilion x 360 Convertible. We travel in our car a lot so looking for the best way to keep the laptop fully charged. Currently connect the computer power cable/plug into a Powertech power inverter (converts from 12v to 230v) which in turn is plugged into the car's 12v cigarette lighter outlet. A bit cumbersome. Is there a better way to connect directly to the cigarette lighter or USB outlets?

There are hundreds HP models/products called Pavilion x 360 Convertible's ? What is yours ? HP has few products but I don't know it is compatible with your machine or not.
For me, I used to travel a lot with 2 notebooks (1 work and one private machine), a video camera and few cameras therefore I bought a 600W Jaycar inverter, it is still on my car now.
Regards.
