My laptop is struggling with almost everything. So I am looking for some help in upgrading at least ram and ssd. I dont know what else can I upgrade to improve gaming performance. The laptop runs quite hot even on a table with cooling pad. I want to upgrade it to the most possible ram and ssd and other stuff as it is getting irritating.

You may want to start by going to the support site and see what is in your "free" suggestions, here is a link to the online Support Page where you can download the specs and Maintenance & Service manuals for your system!
Hope this helps!

Are these your specs?
You already have a 128 gig NVME M.2 SSD and that is the fastest storage available. Upgrading from 8 gb to 16 gb would help perhaps a little. You do have the lowest level i5 processor on that series but it still should perform pretty well and you have a solid video card. Something else is going on here.

Yeah those are my specs. I feel my laptop is not performing at its full potential specially during gaming. Can I upgrade my SSD to 1 TB? And maybe ram to 32 GB? I heard some people did it and it worked perfectly. I dont know what more can I do to improve performance.

Sure you can do that and it will work but it will not help gaming much, if any. Gaming is done in the GPU and to a lesser extent the CPU. 8 gigs should be enough for gaming and 16 should certainly be plenty. No added benefit going to 32 gigs. And just putting in a larger SSD won't make it any faster either.
