After having so much trouble when Windows froze many times, I decided to reinstall it. Unfortunately the BIOS only recognizes 27.2GB of my 2TB SSD. I have used the Disk Partition Manager but the remaining space is lost. Thank you in advance for your help!

Your notebook has one of those Intel SSDs with onboard Optane, memory.
The 2 TB portion of the drive most likely has failed leaving only the 32 GB Optane memory, which is probably why Windows was freezing on you.
If that is all Windows sees when you go to reinstall Windows, you will have to install a new SSD.
I recommend you get a standard 2 TB NVMe SSD without the Intel Optane memory.
A Crucial P3 would be a good choice for your notebook:
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the SSD removal and replacement procedure:
Check your notebook's BIOS to see if there is a setting to enable/disable the Intel Optane memory.
If there is, disable that setting before installing a standard NVMe SSD.

Thank you so much for your support! If I want to see other brands, what SSD generations will be accepted by my laptop? Will the new SSD be able to boot Windows as fast as before this problem happened? With the broken one it took minutes lo load Windows.
