I recently purchased a HP15-ef2030ca Laptop from the HP Canada Web Site, and so far Support has been unable to provide me with the correct User/Service Manuals for my specific Laptop. I have even chatted with a rep but he was unable to find or help me with getting the correct manuals, sorry to say I gave up talking with him as he did not seem capable of sorting my issue out, just kept directing me to Generic ones , I understand this, but they do no even match my specs. I have an AMD 7 5700u processor and these Manuals only go as high as the AMD 7 3700, also I have a 1 TB SSD and they only show 256GB Processor. How can I look at upgrade/configuration options if HP cannot provide me with the proper Manuals for my Device.
As well, in HP Support Assistant, it identifies my Laptop as a HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4W0AV). Now the Product and Serial numbers are correct but I get directed to Manuals for a 17 inch screen. Anyone able to set me in the right direction to get the correct manuals. Thanks...

Hi:
Unfortunately, this is the only service manual available for the model series at this time.
Maintenance and Service Guide HP 15 Laptop PC
Here is the service teardown video for the 15-ef0xxx model series.

You would only be able to upgrade the memory.
Your notebook should support 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.
You can do this to confirm...
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.
There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.
I'm pretty sure you will find that it supports 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.
This would be a compatible 16 GB DDR4-3200 memory chip.
Crucial 16GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT16G4SFRA32A | Crucial.com
According to AMD, the M.2 slot your notebook has is PCIe Gen 3.
