I got a laptop with a 128 GB SSD disk. I wanted to expand the memory with the help of the HDD disk. In fact, it turned out that there is no connector for an hdd disk. This really upset me because the store was guaranteed to have a connector. Is it possible to order the missing parts to connect the hdd disk?

I have the same problem. From website( www.notebooksbilliger.de) on black weekend between Lenovo and HP, I choosed Notebook HP 250 G7 because of good reputation of the company and just because it was indicated that Notebook has SATA support. Then when I received Notebook I additionally bought HDD Sata 1Tb and wanted to install on my notebook. When I found that Notebook has no interface connection for HDD and no special box I was very disappointed with it. If I had know about such problem I would never buy it, because it was better for me to buy LENOVO because it was cheaper on 100 Euro with the same parameters(CPU i5, RAM 8Gb, SSD 256Gb). I ask HP company to send me this components of SATA interface as it was advertised on the seller website. Otherwise I will never return to such company which has such problems with elementary things. I am waiting answer from HP representatives.
