Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP Pavilion x360 Model no 13-u063na. Can I upgrade the memory. I have 8GB.
I tested the system on the Caoomand Line and it advised 32GB.

Can I rely on this. I note that some memeory is soldered on.

According to chapter 1 of the service manual that I zipped up and attached below, the notebook comes with non-removable onboard memory.

However, if you look at chapter 5, there is a procedure to remove and replace the memory.

In the absence of a definite answer, I recommend you open up the notebook remove the metal shield covering the memory location and see if the memory is soldered to the motherboard as indicated in chapter 1 or can be removed as indicated in chapter 5.
