Hi there
I am wanting to buy this model of computer, the 14s CF0086TU notebook natural silver. It currently has 4gb of ram can this be up graded to 16?

If it were a core processor I would say yes. With the Pentium I think it may not work. If you want to try it and report back that would be something good to know. HP officially says 8 is the max and I am not sure how much more benefit 16 will provide over 8 anyway.

See pp. 2 and 33-40. There is a single memory slot; takes DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM. Your model with Pentium Silver CPU has a max of 8 gigs.
