this is the laptop I bought from amazon - I want to upgrade from 64gb to 250gb

Unfortunately, what you want to do is not possible.
Notebooks with the 64 GB eMMC drives cannot have the storage upgraded.
That's probably why the seller included a 128 GB SD Micro card.
