I'm looking at increasing the RAM on my Pavilion Notebook W9V57EA.
I'm looking at the instructions on support.hp.com/ee-en/document/c00820047 which tells me to:
"consult the Memory section for memory module specifications, memory module spare part numbers, compatible processors and types of RAM, and the number of memory slots". I am unable to find this guide to get this information.
Can anyone give a me link to the guide for the W9V57EA, please?
Thanks

Hi:
Below is the link to the Crucial memory report for your notebook's model series.
Your notebook has two memory slots, and each slot can take an 8 GB memory module.
Below is the link to the service manual.

Hello Paul
Thank you for your reply.
The service manual you sent the link for is the:
'Intel Core i3-7100U (2.4 GHz), 2133 MHz/3 MB L3, Dual 15W'.
My laptop has the
Intel Core i3-6100U at 2.30 GHz.
Could you send me the link to the 6100U, please? I have tried looking on the interlock, but without any luck.
Regards
Ron

You're very welcome, Ron.
That is the only manual for the model series.
Notebook's with the i3-6100U would use the same memory, and the link to the Crucial memory report I posted yesterday is for the 15-auxxx notebooks with the Intel 6th gen core processors.
